We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable and friendly event managers to support our shows across San Francisco area. This is a part-time role, perfect for those who thrive in live event environments and are excited to grow with a creative, expanding business.
Role we're hiring for:
Concert Event Managers (Fridays/Saturdays)
- Manage or assist guest check-in and assist with seating
- Manage or assist on Liaising with musicians and venue staff
- Manage or assist the event setup, lighting and ambience
- Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience
- Troubleshoot and lead with calm professionalism
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Availability on Fridays & Saturdays.
- Must have a car or the ability to car share.
- Must be willing to drive up to 2.5 hours to an event (reimbursement available)
