Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience handling Plaintiff Personal Injury matters
- Experience managing cases from intake through settlement/disbursement preferred
- Strong understanding of personal injury case workflow and deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through closing/disbursement
- Obtain and verify insurance coverage information
- Request and follow up on medical records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and lien holders
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist attorneys and team members with case management and administrative support
