Integrated Sensory is a trauma-informed, holistic coaching center supporting individuals of all ages in achieving sensory, emotional, and neurological integration. Our work is rooted in connection, co-regulation, and neuroscience-informed strategies—helping clients move beyond surface-level symptoms to create meaningful, lasting change in how they function and perform.
We’re growing—and we’re looking for a part-time Movement & Performance Coach who wants to grow with us.
Our Movement & Performance Coach is a people-focused role where your presence, energy, and consistency matter. In this role, you will:
- Work one-on-one with children and adults through structured, movement-based programs
- Follow a proven coaching system (we provide training)
- Track progress and communicate with the team
- Create a consistent, positive experience for every client

What to expect:
- Structured environment with clear systems
- Hands-on training (at Green Bay location)

Schedule:
- Weekday evening shifts required (primary need)
- No weekends or holidays
- Consistent schedule expected to support client progress
Background/Experience:
We’re primarily looking for someone who is coachable, reliable, and comfortable working with people. Candidates must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent and
- Reliable transportation
Strong candidates often come from backgrounds such as:
- Personal training or strength & conditioning
- Athletic coaching (youth, high school, or collegiate)
- Physical therapy or occupational therapy settings
- Kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields
- Education or working with children/teens
- Behavioral or developmental support roles
- Wellness, rehabilitation, or movement-based practices
NOTE: Specific experience is helpful but NOT required if you’re highly coachable and motivated to learn.

Pay: $53,272.34 - $64,155.94 per year
