Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare daily reports for management, detailing occupancy rates, revenue statistics, and any discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring premises and adhering to safety protocols during night hours.
