Job Title: Line Cook III
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kailua
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour + tips (AND get early access to your wages before payday through DailyPay)
Tips: All kitchen team members also receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck adding an additional $1-$3 per hour. The average total hourly rate for this role with tips is $21.00 - $24.00.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards

Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs

Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn

Learn and support other stations as needed
Summary of Qualifications:
-
6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
-
Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza)

Open availability (preferably nights and weekends)

Good time management and attention to detail
-
Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
-
Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)

Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
