Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting, leasing, and purchasing vehicles
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
- Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Develop repeat and referral business
- Deliver a professional and efficient buying experience
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license
Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
