Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Concession Operator Supervisor to lead our food stand operations. In this role, you will oversee daily concession activities, ensuring efficient food preparation, exceptional customer service, and smooth shift management. You will supervise a team of concession staff, and uphold food safety standards while delivering a lively and positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate concession staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high energy levels throughout shifts
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation in accordance with safety standards and quality expectations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
