Deliver warm, genuine greetings to all guests upon arrival. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Maintain a polished, welcoming lobby environment. Complete check‑ins and check‑outs using the PMS system. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily shift audits with accuracy. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Follow all brand, security, and compliance procedures.

Our housepersons provide essential support across departments to keep operations running smoothly and maintain a clean, organized environment throughout the property.
Front desk personnel must be available for evenings or overnight shift. We are offering full or part-time hours for all positions. You may come by the hotel to fill out an application this Tuesday for an immediate interview between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. or submit resume. Pay is determined by position and experience.
