Arrow Lumber & Hardware is a locally owned chain of 8 facilities that are focused on our customers. We are currently looking for people who can help us grow our builder business. Experience is not necessary, but certainly a plus!
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints and scheduling of deliveries.
- Continuously improve and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Calls to customers to generate sales.
- Jobsite visits.
- Problem solving.
- Create sales Invoices.
- Coordinate purchase and delivery of special order products.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate a computer and do basic math.
- Good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Must be able to drive and walk throughout yards and offices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
