Now seeking a Sales & Move-In Coordinator to join our team at Mariella at Reno!
If you enjoy building relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences, this role is for you. You'll guide prospective residents and their families through an important life transition with compassion, confidence, and personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospects and families to understand their needs and recommend solutions.
- Conduct community tours, provide follow-up, and support the sales process from inquiry to move-in.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for future residents.
Qualifications
- Passion for relationship-building and hospitality-focused sales.
- Ability to sell a lifestyle and community experience, not just an apartment.
- 2+ years of progressive sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Senior living experience is a plus.
