Cypress Truck Lines is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated Bridgeport operation. This route offers consistent freight, competitive pay, and the opportunity for qualified drivers to be home daily.

Pay: $1400 - $1600/Week

$0.60–$0.67 CPM, based on experience

Kickstart Your Career with a Bonus Boost: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for drivers with 1 year tractor-trailer experience. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for drivers with recent flatbed experience (1 year at previous employer required for bonus eligibility).
- 2-7 Weeks Paid Training: Drivers with 1+ experience can earn up to $1,000/week while you train.
- Performance Bonuses: Up to $600 quarterly for safety and performance.
- Seniority Bonuses: Annual bonuses ranging from $500 to $2,500
- Tuition Reimbursement: Receive up to $5,000 in tuition reimbursement if Cypress is your first employer after graduating from a non-Cypress CDL school. Reimbursement is paid at $100 per month.

Minimum Hiring Requirements
To be considered for employment with Cypress Truck Lines, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Be 21 years of age or older

Successfully pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen (12-month look back)

Have no more than 2 moving violations on a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Have no more than 1 speeding violation within the past 3 years
-
No speeding violations exceeding 15 MPH over the posted speed limit within the last 5 years.

No rear-end preventable accidents within the past 5 years
-
No careless driving convictions within the past 5 years
-
No reckless driving convictions within the past 10 years
-
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 10 years (maximum of one lifetime DUI/DWI)

No misdemeanor convictions within the past 3 years
-
No felony convictions within the past 7 years
