Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our forward-thinking team. Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and optimize generative AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow and other machine learning tools.
- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques for language understanding, generation, and conversational AI applications.
- Design scalable data pipelines using ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to support large-scale model training and analysis.
- Apply statistical modeling and statistical analysis for research purposes to enhance model accuracy and robustness.
- Deploy AI models into production environments leveraging machine learning cloud services with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive model evaluation and validation to ensure high performance, reliability, and ethical standards in AI outputs.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems using Java, Python, Bash (Unix shell), VBA, and other programming languages.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models with a strong foundation in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, C, R, SQL, and Bash for data processing, model development, and automation tasks.
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), unsupervised learning techniques, statistical analysis for research, and model evaluation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark implementation, Data mining techniques, and SQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning services on AWS or similar platforms for model training and deployment.
- Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with linked data or semantic web technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform statistical modeling and research-driven analysis to inform AI development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
