Filbert's Farmhouse is hiring for a Line Cook Part-Time
We are here to help develop an ALLSTAR team! The ideal candidate is detail-orientated who can help us take it to the next level. A Line Cook will assist in preparing the food items and help ensure supplies at all stations of the kitchen. A great team player!
Essential Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items using various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Consistently adhere to standardized portion sizes, quality standards, kitchen guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality standards for are met.
- Ensure food items are prepared following proper timing standards.
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnishment standards for all dishes.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, reach-in cooler, and walk-in cooler.

- Education and/or Experience – High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year related experience and/or training
- Language Skills – Ability to read and comprehend English
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Current food handler card.
