Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with a professional, welcoming attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client records
- Provide skincare facial treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and treatment areas
- Create and post engaging content for social media platforms
- Educate clients on services, products, and personalized treatment options
- Assist with product sales, inventory, and basic administrative tasks

Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician (required)
- Previous hands-on experience providing facial treatments (required)
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable managing clients, schedule, and treatment flow with confidence
- Ability to assist with business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
