The role: Title: Office Administrator, Green Lake Office Hours: Part time, 9am to 2pm Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience
The office Administrator will report directly to the Broker Manager.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping the office clean, organized, and fully stocked, including restocking restrooms and ordering supplies
- Coordinating with vendors for maintenance, water service, printer supplies, and general upkeep
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail and packages daily
- Handling bank deposits at designated bank in Ripon and keeping accurate deposit logs
- Greeting clients and visitors warmly as the first point of contact
- Answering phones, gathering information, and routing calls to the right team member
- Monitoring voicemail and office inboxes for timely responses
- Creating and filing transaction documents
- Keeping physical and digital files complete and compliant
- Entering and updating listings in the MLS with accuracy and attention to detail
- Preparing and maintaining current listing packets for active properties
- Organizing property photos and videos for future use
- Preparing letters, schedules, spreadsheets, and reports for agents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings on behalf of agents
- Checking in daily with agents to support their needs
- Helping onboard new agents with materials and orientation support
- Printing brochures, listing sheets, and signage for open houses and showings
- Helping plan and show up for community events such as Wine Walk, Cookie Walk, the 4th of July Parade, and Business After Hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our West Bend office or listings/properties as needed
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, web-based software applications, and general office equipment
- Office/admin support experience preferred but not required.
- Active real estate license or industry knowledge a plus.
Location
The position will work at our Green Lake office: 530 Mill St, Green Lake, WI. Candidates must currently live within reasonable commuting distance to the office. No relocation assistance provided.
