Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and wants to grow with our practice. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness strategies, and office procedures.
- Process patient payments and explain financial agreements, insurance estimates, and patient financial responsibilities.
- Perform daily financial tasks, including accurate calculations of patient balances, payment plans, and insurance estimates.
- Complete general administrative duties, including filing and medical data entry.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of general clerical and administrative procedures.
- Willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and confidence in explaining financial agreements, payment plans, and insurance estimates.
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
