About Us
Automatic Finance LLC is a Florida-based subprime auto lender operating several auto dealerships. We originate and service our own loans in-house, serving a diverse customer base throughout Florida.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Collections Specialist with a background in subprime auto lending to join our team in Juno Beach. This is a full-time, in-office role. You will manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts, work directly with borrowers to resolve past-due balances, and coordinate with our legal and collections partners.
Responsibilities
- Contact delinquent borrowers by phone, text, and email to collect past-due payments
- Manage accounts from early-stage delinquency through charge-off
- Document all collection activity accurately
- Coordinate repossession referrals in accordance with company policy
- Identify and escalate accounts requiring right-to-cure notices or legal action
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, and company policy
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of collections experience in subprime auto lending
- Bilingual — English and Spanish required
- Strong phone communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Florida collections law and repossession procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage a large account portfolio
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Salary: $40,000 base + Commission. Our top performers are earning $50K+ per year with commissions.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 9-5 and/or 11-7. Collectors will work a half day every other Saturday with a half day of comp. time during that week. All hours are in-office.
