We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. The idea hire will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by providing exceptional service, expertly mixing cocktails, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. They would also be responsible for creating our rotating alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink specials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders and accurately mix a variety of cocktails according to established recipes.
- Serve beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glasses, cleaning countertops, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Stock the bar with necessary supplies such as liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to management’s expectations and policies, including those related to alcohol service and guest interaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender is required. Unfortunately this is a non-negotiable.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
- A positive attitude, team player mindset, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
