Candelaria Design Associates, LLC is currently seeking a Project Architect/Manager in the Scottsdale area. The Project Manager will assist our Team Directors and Project Architect/Managers with multiple projects of various sizes and scopes of work. Our number one priority is client care through quality design, clear communication, and outstanding organizational skills.
Responsibilities: Assist in completion of Construction Documents. Assist in coordination of architectural drawings with consultants. Complete red lines as necessary from Project Manager to ensure construction drawings are ready for city submittal. Coordinate and copy construction drawings for municipality specific submittal packages. Assist in day to day tasks to prepare for client meetings and necessary deadlines.
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.· Minimum 3 - 4 Years of AutoCad Experience, highly trained preferred· Architecture Licensed Preferred, but not Required, Sketch Up knowledge· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook)· Strong written and verbal communication skills· Residential Experience and Hand Drawn Design Skills are preferred.
