Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations with a focus on food quality, service, and cleanliness

Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

Manage financials including cost control, sales targets, and P&L analysis

Oversee staffing: scheduling, hiring, training, and development

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards

Foster positive customer relationships and a welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
-
4+ years of experience as a Co/Assistant Manager in QSR (Wendy’s preferred)
-
Strong knowledge of food ordering systems and P&L management
-
Proven leadership in team management and shift scheduling
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
High motivation and a hands-on leadership style
-
Ability to build a team-oriented, growth-focused culture
