We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Healthcare Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should possess skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Essential Functions

Supervise day to day security operations and team as directed by the Operations and Client Manager

Responsible for scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and professional development of assigned security workforce.

Develop, implement and enforce Post Orders / SOP

Respond to all emergency situations quickly and professionally

Actively acknowledge everyone with a friendly greeting and/or identify visitors in order to provide directions and information pertaining to the area

Manage uniforms, equipment and supplies
- Submit and ensure all required reporting requirements are met
- Monitor and report any unusual activities,

Able to de-escalate and/or handle tense situations (e.g. disgruntled persons, disruptive behavior, redirect and reduce homelessness off property, etc..
Who we are looking for

Minimum of 3-5 years previous Security Supervisor experience in a healthcare environment with excellent customer service skills

Must have valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing and making necessary round

Must have basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone

Must be able to obtain all company and client training requirements (provided by the company

Preferred : First Aid / CPR and AED certified
