Perfect Pair ABA is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Warrenton, VA. Our clinicians provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy that helps children with autism develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll partner with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans while building strong relationships with the children and families you serve.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one ABA therapy in home-based settings
Implementing skill acquisition and behavior support programs
Encouraging communication, independence, and positive behavior development
Collecting accurate data during therapy sessions
Completing electronic session notes and documentation on time
Collaborating with BCBAs and caregivers to support treatment goals
Maintaining a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Warrenton area
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
Previous ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire
$23.00–$29.00 per hour, based on experience
