Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. We are a smaller, family owned and operated company, who pride themselves on honesty, transparency, and one of a kind customer service. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with HVAC systems.
- Perform necessary repairs on heating units, air conditioning units, and hot water tanks – boilers are a bonus if able to work on them.
- Provide field service support by responding to service calls promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff daily
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician - looking for someone with 5+ years experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot (complex) systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and plumbing systems is a plus.
- Ability to drive a van or vehicle for transportation to job sites (includes a clean driving record)
- Able to pass a drug test
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends.
- Somewhat flexible schedule, willing to work overtime / after hours if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
