We are actively hiring entry level CDL-A drivers for Regional routes out of Wyndham, VA. Whether you just earned your CDL or have some time on the road already, this position offers steady freight, dependable support, and a structured schedule built around getting you home every weekend.
Pay & Benefits
- Mileage pay starting at up to $0.60 CPM
- Weekly earnings typically ranging from $1,300 to $2,000
- Yearly income potential estimated between $67,600 and $104,000
- Expected weekly mileage between 1,700 and 2,800 miles
- A $300 bonus paid upon completing orientation

Home Time & Schedule
- Drivers are home every weekend on a consistent and reliable basis
- Day and night shift opportunities are both available
- Schedules are structured to balance maximum miles with guaranteed weekend home time
- Route assignments are shared ahead of time whenever possible
Equipment
- 2024 or newer Freightliner Cascadias throughout the entire fleet
- All trucks equipped with automatic transmission
- 100% no-touch freight on every load
- All equipment is professionally maintained and road ready at all times
Freight Details
- Regional routes originating out of Wyndham, VA
- Freight runs strong and steady year-round with absolutely no seasonal slowdowns
- Reliable dispatch support and clearly structured lane assignments on every run
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally operate a Class A tractor-trailer on all assigned Regional routes
- Perform thorough and complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections on every run
- Keep ELD logs accurate and fully compliant with all DOT regulations
- Verify that all freight is properly secured before each and every departure
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch throughout every trip
Minimum Requirements
- Must hold a valid Class A CDL
- Recent CDL school graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- A clean and verifiable driving record is required
- Must hold a clear drug and alcohol clearinghouse record
- Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug screening
