Description
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates to fill temporary and direct-hire positions for client companies. This role works closely with Account Managers and other recruiters to meet client staffing needs by identifying top talent, maintaining effective communication throughout the hiring process, and ensuring candidates complete all required onboarding and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers and fellow recruiters to understand client staffing needs and fill open positions efficiently.
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for temporary and direct-hire opportunities.
- Create, post, and manage job advertisements on recruiting platforms including Indeed, WhatsApp, Weave, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes, conduct prescreen interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers for client consideration.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and update the recruiting tracker with candidate information, contact details, interview status, and placement updates.
- Communicate regularly with Account Managers regarding candidate availability, hiring progress, employee communications, and urgent staffing needs.
- Follow up with Account Managers to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner and client expectations are met.
- Recruit candidates for both in-state and out-of-state assignments as needed.
- Provide candidates with information regarding available positions, job duties, schedules, work locations, pay rates, and onboarding requirements.
- Process E-Verify submissions when required.
- Coordinate pre-employment background checks, drug screenings, and other client-specific onboarding requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information at all times.
- Support additional recruiting and staffing projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruiting software or
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, WhatsApp, and Weave is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
