Responsibilities:
Aggressively build sales funnel through lead generation, follow up, and funnel
management. Document all activity and maintain an accurate forecast in
Salesforce.com to represent activities.
- Grow and develop relationships with the Autodesk sales force and their customer
base to drive expansion and services.
- Establish and leverage machine tool partnerships, with the goal of selling software alongside new machine sales.
- Complete the MEDDIC qualification short form for each deal in Salesforce, set up
video and product demonstrations, and deliver support during the justification and purchase process.
- Provide best-in-class customer service, by working closely with the extended team, which includes keeping notes of all customer interactions in salesforce.com to keep everyone in communication by leveraging systems (Salesforce, FreshDesk, Zoom, Google Drive, etc).
- Working closely with the technical team to prepare for events and customer
demonstrations.
- Assist NexGen with sales and marketing planning and execution, including events
- Learn Autodesk software solutions in terms of the key selling features and
benefits for the customer base. Learn the best prospecting approaches and be
prepared to lead discoveries with the technical team, including presentations to
customers to win customer preference. Primary focus solutions include the
following: FeatureCAM, PartMaker, Moldflow, PowerMill, Fusion 360, Inventor, PDM, Prodsmart, and PLM although you are focused on the above, all additional products and services can also be sold in your accounts, which can have a positive impact on your earnings.
- Assess and deliver recommendations to improve NexGen processes, procedures, and infrastructure
- As new technology, processes, and solutions are brought to the team, you are
expected to embrace change and help guide the company to the best possible
outcomes.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B Sales Required
- 2+ Years in Manufacturing Sales or Experience preferred.
- Proven track record of high-level customer service.
- Understanding the use of CRM systems for proposals/quoting, order management, and customer engagements.
- Strong communication skills both in person and virtual environments.
- Ability to work and function well in a cross-team environment.
