Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Spanish

RA & Associates, APC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a motivated, personable, and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment. As one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression and connecting individuals with the right members of our team.
Schedule
- Full-time | 40 hours per week
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- Availability required Monday through Sunday
- Weekend availability is required
- Scheduled workdays will vary
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Speak with prospective clients and gather important information about their potential cases.
- Conduct initial screenings and identify qualified potential leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed call notes and records.
- Route qualified prospective clients to the appropriate Intake team members.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional experience on every call.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, intake, or legal environment is a plus, but we value candidates who are motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
