The CVM (Customer Value Management) Analyst is the analytical backbone of the team, responsible for translating strategy into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and measuring the success of CVM initiatives. This role requires strong data analysis skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal person has experience monitoring and managing KPIs within MarTech campaigns and has a solid understanding of predictive analytics and propensity models.
· Use advanced analytics tools to segment customers, identify growth opportunities, analyze behavioral trends, and predict churn.
· Work on both data analysis and visualization and back-end basic troubleshooting, writing scripts to fetch data, etc., for reports, analyses, or dashboards using Tableau.
· Work with cross functional teams to provide support to Customer Operations Team to guarantee that the accurate data is effectively processed and analyzed to understand business needs, customer behavior, and maintain key essential metrics.
· Monitor daily and weekly CVM KPIs and develop detailed reports for the CVM Strategy Manager and other senior leaders.
· Support the design of base marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments; conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and impact on KPIs
· Build and maintain propensity models for cross-sell, up-sell, and churn prediction.
· Translate large datasets into actionable insights that inform CVM strategy and improve business outcomes.
· Identify improvement opportunities in enterprise operations that can be addressed using BI and analytics-based solutions.
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written, verbal, reading)
· 5-6+ years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, as well as visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
· Ability to monitor MarTech KPIs
· Strong knowledge of statistics and quantitative methods.
· Ability to simplify and communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
· High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Programming in Python and/or R nice to have
· Experience working in AWS data environments is a plus
· Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
