Sales Retention Manager – Lead Clients, Drive Growth, Earn Up to $1,500 Weekly!
$1,000 weekly base salary + $250–$500 weekly incentive bonuses

We are seeking a motivated leader with strong sales and communication skills to join our team as a Sales Retention Manager. This role combines leadership and office management with client engagement and sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and earning performance-based incentives. This position includes paid training. Industry experience is NOT a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships and increase retention through consistent communication and follow-up
- Conduct one-on-one intakes and present individualized plans with confidence
- Use consultative sales skills to educate clients and overcome objections
- Train and mentor staff on conversion, scheduling, and engagement techniques
- Track and report on sales KPIs (conversion rates, retention, show rates)
- Oversee daily operations to support efficient, growth-driven workflows
- Ensure all documentation is completed thoroughly, accurately, and on time
Qualifications (Experienced preferred, but not required. This position includes paid training.)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management (industry experience a plus but not required)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Goal-oriented with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales/retention targets
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9-12 noon
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 – $1,500 per week (base salary + incentive bonuses)
- Full-time role with immediate start
