About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Patient Concierge to join our team! You'll be the first face patients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the creative mind behind our social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Create and post engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Respond to online comments and messages in a timely manner
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a medical, dental, or hospitality setting preferred
- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, etc.)
- Organized, dependable, and a genuine people-person
