Part-Time Bookkeeper / ReceptionistPart-Time with Opportunity for Full-Time
We are a growing construction company looking for a dependable, organized, and experienced Bookkeeper/Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet customers and visitors
- Manage filing and office organization
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoice customers and track payments
- Enter receipts and expenses
- Assist with payroll and employee records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping experience is required (must have)
- Experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
