Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to track progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations using HeavyBid, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained on the construction site.
- Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, risks, and upcoming tasks; adjust plans proactively as needed.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a solid understanding of heavy civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and other construction management software tools.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Experience managing contracts and understanding contractual obligations within the construction industry.
- Excellent project coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Effective time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Construction site experience coupled with a deep understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices.
- Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
