Must be a Licensed Pesticide Supervisor or Applicator
Looking for experienced Lawn Care Technician to apply a full lawn care program of fertilizer and pesticides. Must have Supervisory 3A license or (willing to get immediately) but will not be responsible for any other techs. Will be joining 2 other Licensed Supervisors.
Full program and customer route long established. Also apply tick and and bed weed control programs. Must have experience with ride on spreader with granular fertilizer application. Job can be year round as Snow plow operator.

Responsibilities
- Oversee pest control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans tailored to client needs.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and promote additional services.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping, with a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and pest control techniques is essential.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing physical tasks.
