We make the best egg sandwiches, avocado toast and specialty bagel sandwiches. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean station while preparing said items in an open kitchen concept. Knowledge of line cooking, egg cookery, and food safety is required. Station is small but gets very busy at times; organization, cleanliness, and a friendly smile and great hospitality is required.
This is the perfect position for a cook looking to hone his skill on station line cooking. Help create new lunch menu ideas. Work with the freshest bread at the freshest bakery / cafe in the area! A true teamwork atmosphere!
