Job Summary
Magnolia State Arborists is looking for a dependable Groundsman to join our growing tree service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hard work, and wants to build a career in the tree care industry. Previous tree service or landscaping experience is helpful, but not required—we'll provide hands-on training.
Responsibilities
- Assist crews with trimming, removals, and job site cleanup
- Safely operate and maintain tools & equipment
- Learn proper tree care techniques and industry best practices
- Work as part of a professional crew to complete projects efficiently
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual & physically able to work in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Landscaping or tree work experience is a plus!
