Key Responsibilities
- Empower individuals and families on financial literacy and foundational money principles.
- Teach NextLegacyBuilder’s core mission of Freedom, Security, and Peace.
- Help clients understand the value of multi-handed income and long-term wealth-building strategies.
- Educate families on savings strategies, paying yourself first, income protection, and income replacement.
- Help clients identify protection gaps and recommend life insurance and financial solutions that fit their needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, education, and service.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and self-improvement training.
- Maintain a growth mindset and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- No prior financial experience required — full training and licensing support provided.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
