Role Overview:
As a Roadside Technician at Pop-A-Lock of NWA, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside services including lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and battery assistance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with dispatch and customers to ensure prompt and professional responses to service calls. Whether you work on-site in Fayetteville, Arkansas, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to roadside assistance calls throughout the service area.

Perform vehicle lockouts, jump starts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, and other roadside services.

Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.

Safely operate company vehicles and equipment.

Accurately document completed service calls.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Must be older than 25.

Must pass a 6-year background check.

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules, with availability required from Tuesday to Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in NW Arkansas.
