Overview
Front Line EMS is seeking a Full-Time Remote Area Unarmed Security Guard / First Responder
- $18.00/HR - $25.00/HR, Depending on Experience (EMTs start at $20.00/HR)
Schedule:
- Two weeks on, two weeks off, 12-hour shifts (day or night shift based on scheduling)
Location:
- 2925 S Cole Rd. Ste#120, Boise, ID 83709, work location will be in a remote area in central Idaho

Summary
- The Security Guard provides continuous unarmed security services for a remote mining operation in central Idaho. Personnel reside on-site for two weeks at a time, working 12-hour shifts. Personnel are provided lodging and meals while on site. Personnel also support on-site medical teams, as required.
Responsibilities
- Site Access Control: Verify authorized entry and exit and maintain site access logs.
- Security Patrols: Conduct routine site patrols by vehicle, foot, or a combination.
- Asset Protection: Monitor and report any suspected theft vandalism, tampering, trespassing, or suspicious activity.
- Visitor Management: Register all visitors, coordinate site escorts (as required), maintain visitor logs.
- Incident Response: Respond to and document incidents of trespassing, theft, vandalism, vehicle incidents, workplace disturbances, etc.
- Emergency Response Support: Respond to and provide support for medical emergencies, fire incidents, environmental incidents, severe weather events, evacuations, security threats, etc. Security personnel shall not perform law enforcement duties.
- Traffic Control and Gate Operations: Manage vehicle flow through site access points, verify delivery documentation, maintain orderly traffic movement, assist logistics personnel, as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Education: HS diploma or equivalent
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully pass background screening
- Two (2) years of security or similar experience.
- Be physically capable of working in remote mountainous environments.
- Demonstrate professional communication skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- EMT-B license
- American Heart Association CPR/First Aid certification
