Jacksonville University invites applications for adjunct nursing faculty positions to serve as clinical instructors in local Jacksonville hospitals for Keigwin School of Nursing pre-licensure students. This role typically requires a commitment of 8- or 12-hour shifts, usually one day per week (Monday–Saturday). Clinical settings may include:

Qualifications (Minimum)
-
Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida

Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
-
Minimum of one year of RN experience in a clinical practice setting

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
-
Minimum of five years of RN experience in a clinical practice setting

Professional Certification in clinical area of expertise

Master’s degree in progress from an accredited institution

Minimum of one year of RN experience in a clinical practice setting

Must have half of the applicable credits completed with a 3.5 GPA
-
Experience as a clinical instructor
