The STAYBRIDGE SUITES, Miami Airport, located at 3651 NW 25th St, in Miami we are seeking candidates for the position of Front Desk Supervisor for the Afternoon/Evening Shift.
. The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Office Manager supervising and overseeing the hotel front desk operations.
* Must have minimum 2 years’ proven experience in hotel front desk. Previous experience with IHG hotel brand is ideal.
* Bi-lingual is ideal to provide the best customer service and guest experience .
* Must be committed to providing superior guest service!
* Must have proven record of excellent supervisory skills.
* This is a working shift - required to handle check-ins, check-outs and assisting in providing guests with all their needs as well as resolving any concerns.
* Shift required is PM - (afternoons and evenings. Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
