Position Summary
Stevens Realty LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Independent Contractor House Cleaners to help maintain our rental properties. This role is essential in ensuring our homes are clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for tenants and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and vacation rental properties.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Manage laundry services for linens, towels, and other property items as needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from property managers.
- Inspect properties for cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns or damages.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to help ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, or Airbnb turnovers.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues when observed.
