Duties
- Handle food preparation tasks, including serving freshly baked donuts and other baked goods with care and efficiency.
- Operate POS system to process transactions accurately while managing cash handling responsibilities.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the café area, including food handling, sanitation, and proper food storage practices.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting clean and well-organized.
Requirements
- Experience with POS systems to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods.
