Maintenance Manager
(Must have prior Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervision experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting)
This is a Maintenance Manager role in a modern beverage manufacturing facility. The role requires a combination of electrical and mechanical maintenance leadership, equipment repair,preventive maintenance, and hands-on support for production equipment, including pumps, valves, tanks, piping, and beverage processing equipment.
Job Function:
- Lead maintenance support for manufacturing operations, including new equipment, existing production equipment, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Lead maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment, including motors, panels, controls, high-voltage equipment also pumps, valves, tanks, piping and plumbing.
- Use CMMS to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance and track / prioritize activity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment - manage technicians and train maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, plant maintenance, or production equipment maintenance, including maintenance leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Electrical Panels, 3 Phase High Voltage and Electrical maintenance is required.
- Experience with pump motors, and plumbing associated with valves, tanks and piping is a plus but not required.
- Experience supervising a team of Maintenance technicians or tradesmen,
- Experience in Preventative Management (use of CMMS).
- Degree is helpful but not required.Pay range: $110,000-$130,000 + Benefits
