Duties
- Design and deliver comprehensive music lessons across multiple instruments, tailored to students’ individual needs and skill levels
- Develop innovative curricula that incorporate diverse musical styles, techniques, and genres to keep students motivated
- Manage environments effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful space conducive to learning
- Provide personalized lessons to reinforce skills and address specific challenges faced by students
- Organize and lead recitals to celebrate student achievements and boost confidence
- Collaborate with parents to track progress and set achievable goals for each student
Skills
- Expertise in teaching multiple instruments
- Proven experience in teaching diverse age groups—from early childhood education to adult learners
- Experience in teaching students individually or in group settings with patience and encouragement
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students, parents, and coworkers
