CCLS is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals while promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including:
- Personal hygiene and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Medication administration and/or medication reminders
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Assist with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when required.
- Support individuals in accessing and participating in community activities.
- Work respectfully and compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Follow care plans and organizational policies to ensure high-quality support.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Successful completion of a Caregiver Background Check.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Proof of current auto insurance required.
- Reliable vehicle available for scheduled work shifts.
- Ability to assist with lifting and mobility support as needed.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and caregiving skills.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
