We're looking for a Membership Sales & Guest Experience Associate who thrives on connecting with people and driving results. This is not just a front desk job - it's about selling the value of recovery and wellness while making every guest feel at home.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Sell memberships and packages - guide guests from a trial visit to long-term commitment
- Track sales metrics, follow up with leads, and crush conversion goals
- Deliver outstanding client experience from first visit to ongoing membership
- Support daily studio operations (phones, scheduling, product sales, light cleaning)
Who You Are
- Outgoing, confident, and motivated by results
- Have prior experience in sales, fitness, medspa, retail, or hospitality
- Comfortable talking about wellness services and closing memberships
- Thrive in a fast-paced, boutique environment
- Team player who brings energy, positivity, and accountability
Compensation
- $15-$17/hour base pay
- Commission per membership sold

Schedule
- Part-time (flexible schedule including ability to work some weekends preferred)
