We’re hiring front of house beer tenders to join our team at Brewery X inside Ontario International Airport.
Yes — this is a bartending role. You will be pouring and serving our beer.
No — this is not a traditional bar environment.
This is a high-volume, team-first operation where service, speed, and consistency matter just as much as product knowledge.
What makes this role different:
- You’re not working a slow bar — you’re working a system
- You’ll be part of a full FOH team (not solo behind a bar)

We’ve found this role is a strong fit for candidates from high-volume coffee or quick-service environments (Starbucks, etc.) who want to step into the brewery/restaurant space.
What we’re looking for:
- Positive, professional, and reliable
- Coachable and adaptable
- Comfortable working at a fast pace for extended periods
- Open availability strongly preferred (we operate 3 AM – 1 AM)
What you’ll be doing:
- Pouring and serving Brewery X beer
- Taking guest orders and delivering strong service
- Supporting food running and overall floor flow
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and speed
Compensation:
- $20/hour + shared tips
- Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs
