We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive candidate who can lead and support our SAP Security initiatives, with a primary focus on S/4HANA implementations, ERP & GRC upgrades, BTP Security & IAG. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of S/4HANA role design (including Fiori), user administration, audit compliance, licensing optimization, BTP Security, IAG Implementation & Support experience. You will work closely with functional teams, audit, and project managers to design secure systems, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, with at least 4 years focused on S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Architecture, HANA Database Security, and Fiori.
- Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), Process control and IAG
- Familiarity with S/4HANA licensing models and optimization techniques
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experienced in AGILE and DEVOPS environment
