About the Role
As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality, mission-critical components for diverse industries. By leveraging your expertise in machining and technical interpretation, you will ensure our production output meets exacting standards while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to achieve precise tolerances.

Translate technical blueprints and CAD data into finished, high-quality parts.

Select and optimize tooling and fixtures to maximize production efficiency and cycle times.

Perform rigorous quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment to guarantee product integrity.

Conduct preventative machine maintenance to ensure peak operational reliability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining workflows and reduce waste.

Maintain detailed production logs and material usage records to support operational transparency.

Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-3 years of hands-on experience in a professional machining environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in operating both CNC and manual machining equipment.

Strong analytical ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.

Proven track record of using precision measuring tools for quality assurance.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Technical certification or Associate degree in manufacturing or machining.

Working knowledge of G-code and CNC programming.

Experience with forklift operation.
