Finishware Attendant B
About the Role:
Join our team in Millville, NJ as a Finishware Attendant B and play a key role in inspecting, packaging, and palletizing finished products to meet quality and customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures product integrity through visual inspection, proper labeling, and safe material handling while supporting teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You Will Contribute:
- Removes finished product from exit ports, visually inspects modules over a light box, and packages in accordance with all associated quality documents.
- Identifies any visual issues (chips, oil, foreign material) and returns the marked module to the assigned QA Inspector/Packer for disposition.
- Ensures that the module is properly labeled and packed. (Line, color band, configuration, item number.)
- Ensures that the ware is properly palletized in the finish ware pallet.
- Affixes labels after verification that packaging and/or pallets are in conformance with all associated quality documents.
- Transfers finished product from pallet area of plant to warehouse using correct documentation.
- Lifts and moves modules, trays, shrink, cartons, pallets, packaging material, etc.
- Disposes of ware once decided by Quality.9. Makes up and assembles all packaging material.
- Stretch wraps pallet if required.
- Assists with resort/ repack as assigned by Quality Manager.
- Alerts Shift Supervisor and /or Auditor in charge of area, when problems occur or when leaving a work area.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area. Sweeping the floor and emptying cullet cans when necessary. (Minimum once a day)
- Commits to meeting the customer requirements.
- Follow all applicable EHS policies and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvements activities as needed
- Wear all PPE and required clear room smocks, gloves, hairnets etc.
- Follow the 4 Cs: communication, commitment, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Exemplifies all safety, health and environment rules, company rules, regulations and ISO procedures and work instructions
(Other duties may be assigned as necessary)
What You Bring to Nipro:
High school diploma or (GED) or equivalent on the job experience.

Compensation:
- Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm)
- Starting Salary: $17.83/hour to start. $20.05/hour upon completion of training.
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses (up to $700/quarter)
